Inspection, Evaluation, & Quoting
Every unit received by Litre Service, Inc. is carefully inspected and evaluated against factory specifications and any customer-specific requirements. We then prepare a detailed quote outlining the recommended repairs, estimated cost, and turnaround time. Once a purchase order is received, the reconditioning process begins.
Shipping
All parts are securely packaged and shipped in durable wooden crates to ensure safe transport. Litre Service, Inc. provides tracking information for every shipment once it leaves our facility.
When needed, appropriately sized empty crates can be supplied upon request, complete with all necessary screws, hold-downs, and instructions for secure transportation. Litre can also coordinate all shipping logistics, both to and from our facility, for your convenience.

Exchange Terms
All exchange units must be repairable within manufacturer specifications for the exchange quote to remain valid. Litre Service, Inc. must receive the exchange unit or units within 20 days of shipping our inventory items. If these conditions are not met, a purchase price for the exchanged unit will be issued.
Payment Terms
Litre Service, Inc. accepts payment by check, electronic funds transfer, or credit card. Please note that a 3.49% service fee applies to all credit card transactions.
