Inspection, Evaluation, & Quoting
All units received by Litre Service, Inc. are inspected and assessed, referencing factory specifications and specific customer requests. We compile a quote detailing repair summary, estimated cost and estimated turnaround time. After receiving a Purchase Order, we begin our reconditioning process.
All of our parts are carefully packaged and shipped in sturdy wooden crates for your convenience. Litre Service, Inc. provides tracking information for all packages once they've left our facility. Should the need arise, aptly-sized empty crates are available upon request. We will provide all necessary screws, hold-downs & instructions for secure transportation. Litre is capable of making all shipping arrangements; both to and from our facility.
All units must be repairable within manufacturer's specification in order for exchange quote to be valid. Litre Service, Inc. must receive exchange unit(s) within 20 days from shipment of our inventory units. If these conditions are not met, a price for purchasing our exchange unit will be generated and sent.
Litre Service, Inc. accepts payment via check, electronic funds transfer, PayPal and credit card transaction. Please note a 3.49% Service Fee will be added for all credit card and PayPal transactions.
