Inner beaters operate in conjunction with dashers and mutators to enhance product churning and texture. In certain models, the inner beater is installed inside the dasher and rotates in the opposite direction, improving mixing efficiency within the heat exchanger barrel.

Our Repair Process
Our inner beater remanufacture process begins with a thorough inspection of all bushings, bearings, diameters, and overall straightness. Each unit is checked for residual fluid, drained, and examined for leaks or damage. Any leaks are repaired, followed by a pressure test to confirm integrity.
After testing, the unit is polished, re-inspected, and prepared for shipment in a reinforced wooden crate. All finished dimensions are restored to factory specifications, and we can also customize units to meet unique application requirements.
