We restore SSHE cylinders made from nickel, stainless steel, or other materials to precise operating condition. Our in-house chroming and plating operations exceed industry standards, and our facility is fully equipped to return reconditioned units to OEM-level performance.

Our in-house process includes blade pin repair, spline and bearing end restoration, keyway cutting, balancing, polishing, and inner pin repair. We also offer full refurbishment capabilities for the corresponding inner beater bars, ensuring optimal performance and longevity.
Hard ChromeIn 2021, Litre Service established its own in-house chroming facility, allowing us to offer faster turnaround times, competitive pricing, and complete control over quality. We perform both ID and OD hard chrome plating on virtually any material, with all work completed under one roof to maintain consistency and precision.
