On the left is raw material that is then transformed into what you see on the right, a like-new nickel freezer cylinder that is ready to be run inside your plant's Scraped Surface Heat Exchangers. Litre Service, Inc. can manufacture any new or like-new make and model for your company's needs, even discontinued units.
These freezer blades were in some pretty bad shape. The dasher blade pins broke off of the customer’s Cherry Burrell 3D91 unit, causing the freezer blades to move freely inside their cylinder. The blades were bent, twisted, and snapped around the dasher cage. In cases like these and others, Litre Service Inc. has the capabilities to manufacture new freezer blades from our large ready-to-go freezer blade inventory at a fraction of the cost buying new from the OEM.
This FCF8 nickel freezer barrel had lots of porosity around the outer diameter after strip and needed to be welded. Once it was re-chromed it shined like new. Want your barrel to be repaired back to manufacturer’s specification in no time at all? Litre Service, Inc. has you covered.
